Phonebanking
Phonebanking is a great way to get your friends or other students on campus who have not yet been a part of bringing about change for our country. As a phonebanker, you will be contacting CMU students who have expressed an interest in getting involved in the campaign, but have not yet volunteered. With these contacts, we hope to fill the several positions that are needed on Monday, November 3rd and Election Day.
Canvassing
Canvassing is another way to directly contact voters and potential volunteers. Knocking on doors and having that face-to-face contact is important in educating voters on their polling location, transportation, and rights as a voter. With the recent changes in polling locations for CMU students, we are going to need to do everything we can to ensure that student voters have a complication-free Election Day.
